Pistache Poodles

Operated by Drs Scott and Kristin Broussard, the idea for "Pistache Poodles" finally came to fruition in early 2025.  As two veterinarians, we have been around countless dogs, breeds, and even breeding operations in our 45+ years combined in the profession.

 

We had considered breeding many times, but had trouble deciding on a breed that we could both agree upon.  We have owned Labradors, Schnauzers, Dachshunds (still have two!), Doodles...and one day we met our first Moyen Poodle and we were hooked!  Highly intelligent, athletic, affectionate, curious, do not shed, great with kids.  These guys are the perfect "medium size" typically weighing between 20 to 25 pounds.  

 

Our goal is to find and perpetuate only the healthiest examples of the breed, both physically and in regards to temperament, in hopes of producing puppies that will be a welcome, active, loving addition to any family!
